    Thanks for your quick replies, Bill!

    Just verifying that the latest version of 8EE3 says that the exponent can be an integer, not just a whole number.

    There are still conflicting documents on corestandards.org

    Wow, there ought to be some sort of prize for this … good catch. Yes, it should be integer, not whole number. It is correct in the downloadable pdf, but not on the web version. I have notified the authorities.
