Dr. McCallum,
I am a new teacher and excited to begin building a sense of the structure of the what do expect if the CCSS flourish in the coming decade. Principally, I am curious if you might be willing to offer a rough outline of how you might envision a prototypical common core based geometry class to unfold in the first month or so of classes. By prototypical, I am asking you to project, imagining a class 8 or 9 years down the line. When the students have seen common core mathematics developed appropriately throughout their entire academic tenures, how would a class like that begin their high school geometry school year?
